Overall lovely cosy hotel, high quality meals.

Clean place & excellent staff who said she would give it to her manager. Neat and beautifully designed rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Gorgeous views over the gardens and a comfortable design.

Had really comfortable stay for Blackpool visit and the weather was wonderful. The staff was perfect and nice, everything was wonderful. The accommodation had a countryside location in the "new" restaurant. This hotel met my requirements in every way, would be happy to recommend.

Plenty of options, fabulous food. Pretty quiet area, remote location near to the grounds, and Morecambe.

The location was very peaceful and pretty. The studio apartment we had was very big, practical, comfortable and extremely good value for money. It's a great place for an extended stay of more than a couple of nights as the kitchen facilities allow you to eat in and it is very well equipped.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.

First impression and lasting impression, was of a well organised and comfortable surroundings. Whilst, having standard hotel facilities you have the freedom to do your own thing and not feel constrained by a hotel environment. We would definitely consider visiting again.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! The indoor pool was a hit, and we loved some hiking trails nearby for fresh air. The bar staff were super attentive. Don't miss out on the fresh bread in the mornings. It's a real treat.

We did face a bit of a hiccup with a noise complaint one night.

It was a most amazing expericence in a fabulous setting. The Hall was a dream. Every member of staff was attentive and friendly at all times. The concierge was exceptionally friendly making sure that we had a wonderful stay. The restaurant manager was obliging as we were allowed to decorate the restaurant for a birthday. Rooms were beyond imagination. We have recommended this place to all our friends and relatives. Thankyou Thurnham Hall!

The staff were very helpfull and the accomadation was very good. The spa was lovely, the chaning rooms however very bad.

Our apartment was bright and clean and modern. The two large bathrooms were fantastic. We were a group of 4 friends meeting for one night for a catch up. We used the swimming pool and sauna, which were good (did not have to pay extra for these as I read in another review). We didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that. In fact, we were only in the main building to check in and out as our apartment was round the other end of the grounds. Had a sofa (which was a double sofabed), 2 chairs and flat screen TV in living room, dining table and 4 chairs, open plan kitchen, bathroom with bath downstairs and double bedroom with bathroom with shower upstairs. Lancaster was only a short drive away. We would like to return here for our next catch up.

The member of staff who dealt with my courtesy call prior to my trip was a little off, asking me how old I was, which I found strange! All other staff were nice and even gave us menus for the Chinese take away when we asked if they knew of any that would deliver!

Comfortable self-catering apartments

Our apartment was splendid with modern yet classic interior finished to a high standard. The leisure facilities were excellent and the bar staff most accomodating; particularly with our young daughter. I have recommended Thurnham Hall to a good number of family and friends.

The room was just perfect! Perfect size, clean and everything was of a good quality. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and would definitely stay again. All we could say is that we would have moved in if they had let us!

The two-bedroom apartment was super spacious with a full kitchen, including a microwave, oven, and refrigerator. Comfortable beds and a cozy living area with a tv. The onsite indoor swimming pool and sauna were fantastic for relaxation. The scenic grounds added a lovely touch for peaceful walks.
